Usage Summary

1. Where can I access the Usage Summary page?

In the dashboard, click the collapse button on the sidebar, then select Settings → Usage Summary or visit directly.

2. What is the purpose of the Usage Summary page?

The Usage Summary page provides an overview of your account’s resource usage, including workspaces, team members, messages, and connected accounts across different platforms. It helps you monitor limits and track usage efficiently.


Viewing Usage

3. What are the two options for viewing usage summary?

  • Current Workspace – Displays usage statistics specific to the workspace you are currently working in.

  • Overall Workspace – Displays cumulative usage across all workspaces under your account.

4. What information is available under “ChatMaxima Demo Usage Summary”?

For the current workspace, you can view:

  • Workspaces – Active workspaces vs workspace limit.

  • Team Members – Active agents vs total agents allowed.

  • Messages – Number of messages used vs message limit.

  • Account Usage Summary – Usage and limits for Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS, GoHighLevel, and Email accounts.

5. What information is available under “Overall Usage Summary”?

For all workspaces combined, you can view:

  • Workspaces – Total active workspaces vs workspace limit.

  • Team Members – Total active agents vs agents limit.

  • Messages – Total messages used vs message limit.

  • Account Usage Summary – Total usage and limits for Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS, GoHighLevel, and Email accounts across all workspaces.

6. How are usage limits displayed?

Each category shows usage in the format used / limit, e.g., 17,168 / 400,000 Messages Used / Messages Limit. This helps you quickly assess consumption against the allowed limit.

7. Can I track usage for individual platforms?

Yes, the Account Usage Summary section provides detailed usage for each platform such as Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS, GoHighLevel, and Email.
