1. What is the "Invite Members" option used for?

The "Invite Members" option allows you to add new team members to your workspace in ChatMaxima by sending them an invitation via email.

2. Where can I find the "Invite Members" option?

Navigate to Settings → Members → Invite Members from the left sidebar in your dashboard.

3. What information is required to invite a member?

You need to provide the following details:

  • Member Name* – The full name of the team member.

  • Member Email* – The email address of the member.

  • Member Role* – Assign a role for the member, such as Admin or User.

4. Can I invite multiple members at once?

Yes, use the Add Another Member (+) button to invite multiple members simultaneously.

5. What should I do after entering member details?

Click the Submit button to send invitations and add the members to your team.

6. Who can invite members to a workspace?

Only users with Admin or Owner permissions can invite new members.
