The Manage Departments section allows you to view, edit, deactivate, activate, or delete departments in ChatMaxima, helping you organize your team efficiently.
Go to Settings → Departments → Manage Departments from the sidebar in your dashboard.
Only users with Admin or Owner permissions can access and manage departments.
Active departments show the Department Name, Created Date, and Status.
You can Edit Department, Manage Members, Delete Department, or Deactivate Department using the Actions dropdown.
