The Manage Members section allows you to view, update, deactivate, and reactivate support team members in ChatMaxima.
Go to Settings → Members → Manage Members from the sidebar in your dashboard.
You can browse and manage all active support team members. View details such as Name, Email, Role, and Status. Use the Actions dropdown to update a member’s profile or deactivate them as needed.
Yes, for Admin users, only the Edit Profile option is available. Select the admin and click Edit Profile to make changes.
Yes, for non-admin members, the Actions dropdown provides Edit Member and Deactivate Member options.
Yes, use the Search Bar to quickly find specific active team members.

The Edit Roles button at the top of the page redirects you to the Invite Members page, where you can add new members or assign roles.
Enter Member Name, Member Email, and Member Role, then click Add Another Member to invite multiple members at once. Click Submit to send invitations.
Yes, use the Add Another Member (+) button to add multiple members before clicking Submit.
Only users with Admin or Owner access can edit, deactivate, or invite members.
