The Manage Workspace section allows you to view, edit, deactivate, and organize existing workspaces in ChatMaxima.
Go to Settings → Workspace → Manage Workspace from the left sidebar.
You can view workspace details such as Workspace Name, Created Date, and Status.
Yes, use the Search Bar at the top of the page to locate a specific workspace easily.
The Create Workspace button allows you to add a new workspace directly from the Manage Workspace page.
You can choose between Edit Workspace or Deactivate Workspace for any existing workspace.
Click Actions → Edit Workspace. Update the Workspace Name, Description, Maximum Contacts, or Maximum Team Members. Click Update Workspace to save changes.
Click Actions → Deactivate Workspace to temporarily disable the workspace.
Yes, a deactivated workspace can be reactivated at any time by updating its status.
Permanent deletion may not be available by default. To remove a workspace completely, contact ChatMaxima Support.
Only users with Admin or Owner access can edit or deactivate workspaces.
