Overview

1. What is the “Scheduled Broadcasts” section used for?

The Scheduled Broadcasts section allows you to monitor all your upcoming and scheduled broadcast campaigns. You can check message type, the number of messages sent, delivered, read (for text), or completed (for voice), and track campaign status.

2. How can I quickly find a specific scheduled broadcast?

Use the Search bar at the top of the page to locate scheduled broadcasts by name, keyword, or account.

3. What is the “Create Broadcast” button used for?

The Create Broadcast button allows you to schedule a new broadcast directly from the Scheduled Broadcasts page.


Scheduled Broadcast Table Details

4. What columns are displayed in the Scheduled Broadcasts table?

The table includes:

  • Broadcast Name – The name of the broadcast campaign.

  • Message Type – The type of message being scheduled (text, voice, image, etc.).

  • Total Messages – The total number of messages scheduled to be sent.

  • Delivered – The number of messages successfully delivered.

  • Read / Completed – The number of messages read (for text) or completed (for voice).

  • Campaign Date – The scheduled date for the broadcast.

5. What does the “Broadcast Name” column indicate?

The Broadcast Name identifies each scheduled broadcast. Clicking View Report (if available) opens detailed performance reports for that scheduled broadcast.

6. What does the “Message Type” column represent?

It shows the type of message scheduled for the broadcast, such as text, image, or voice message.

7. What information is shown in the “Campaign Date” column?

The Campaign Date shows the scheduled date and time when the broadcast is set to be executed.


Clickable Metrics

8. Are the metrics in the table clickable?

Yes. Metrics such as Total Messages, Delivered, and Read / Completed are clickable and may redirect to detailed report pages showing contact-level details, delivery dates, and statuses.

9. What happens if I click on “Total Messages”?

Clicking Total Messages opens a detailed report showing all recipients included in the scheduled broadcast, their delivery statuses, and allows you to search or export the data.

10. What happens if I click on “Delivered”?

Clicking Delivered opens a report displaying messages that were successfully delivered, including contact details, delivery times, and statuses. Search and Export options are available.

11. What happens if I click on “Read / Completed”?

Clicking Read / Completed opens a report showing messages that have been read or completed by recipients, along with contact-level information, delivery dates, and statuses. Search and Export options are included.

12. What actions can I perform on a scheduled broadcast?

From the Scheduled Broadcasts page or the detailed report, you can:

  • View Report – See detailed metrics for the scheduled broadcast.

  • Edit Broadcast – Modify the scheduled content, recipients, or timing.

  • Copy Broadcast – Duplicate the broadcast to schedule it again.

  • Delete Broadcast – Cancel the scheduled broadcast.

13. How can I export report data for a scheduled broadcast?

Each report page includes an Export button that allows you to download all data for offline use.

14. How can I track scheduled broadcast performance?

Once the scheduled broadcast is sent, metrics like Total Messages, Delivered, and Read / Completed provide insights into campaign performance. You can compare multiple scheduled broadcasts to analyze trends.

15. Can I view contact-level details for a scheduled broadcast?

Yes. Clicking any metric (Total Messages, Delivered, Read / Completed) opens contact-level reports showing delivery and read statuses.
