Overview

1. What is the “Campaign Reports” section used for?

The Campaign Reports section allows you to monitor the status of all your broadcasts. You can check how many messages were sent, delivered, read (for text), or completed (for voice), and analyze overall campaign performance.

2. How can I quickly find a specific broadcast?

Use the Search bar at the top of the Campaign Reports page to locate broadcasts by name, keyword, or account.

3. What is the “Create Broadcast” button used for?

The Create Broadcast button allows you to start a new broadcast campaign directly from the Campaign Reports page.


Broadcast Table Details

4. What columns are displayed in the Campaign Reports table?

The table displays:

  • Broadcast Name

  • Message Type

  • Total Messages

  • Delivered

  • Read / Completed

  • Campaign Date

5. What does “Broadcast Name” indicate?

Broadcast Name identifies each broadcast campaign. Clicking View Report opens detailed performance reports for that campaign.

6. What does the “Message Type” column represent?

It shows the type of message used in the broadcast (text, voice, image, etc.).

7. What information is shown in “Campaign Date”?

It indicates the date when the broadcast was created or scheduled.


Clickable Metrics

8. What happens when I click “Total Messages”?

It opens the All Messages Report page showing:

  • All contacts in the campaign

  • Delivery dates and statuses

  • Search bar to find specific contacts

  • Export button to download the list

9. What happens when I click “Delivered”?

It opens the Delivered Report page where you can:

  • View successfully delivered messages

  • See contact details, delivery dates, and status

  • Use Search and Export features

10. What happens when I click “Read / Completed”?

It opens the Read Report page showing:

  • Messages that were read or completed

  • Contact details, mobile numbers, delivery dates, and read statuses

  • Search and Export options


Channel-Based Reports

11. What does the “Channel” link do?

Clicking the Channel link opens the Manage Broadcast page for that channel, showing all broadcasts sent through it.

12. What columns are available on the Channel Broadcast page?

The page includes:

  • Broadcast Name

  • Total Messages

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • Read

  • Error

  • Campaign Date

13. Are these metrics clickable on the Channel Broadcast page?

Yes. Each metric (Total Messages, Sent, Delivered, Read, Error) links to a detailed report for that specific value.


Detailed Reports

14. What happens when I click “Sent”?

It opens the Sent Report page where you can:

  • Review all successfully sent messages

  • View contact details and delivery statuses

  • Use Search and Export

15. What happens when I click “Delivered”?

It opens the Delivered Report page with all successfully delivered messages, including contacts, delivery dates, and status.

16. What happens when I click “Read”?

It opens the Read Report page showing all messages read or completed, with contact-level details.

17. What happens when I click “Error”?

It opens the Error Report page showing messages that failed to send. It includes contact details, message content, and error descriptions.

18. What actions can I perform on a broadcast?

From the View Report or Channel page, you can:

  • View Report – Open detailed performance metrics

  • Create Broadcast – Start a new campaign

19. How can I export report data?

Every report page includes an Export button to download the data for offline use.


Performance Insights

20. How can I track campaign performance over time?

Compare Campaign Dates with delivery and read statistics to analyze trends and engagement across multiple broadcasts.

21. What does “Total Messages” represent?

The total number of messages sent in a broadcast.

22. What does “Delivered” indicate?

The number of messages successfully received by recipients.

23. What does “Read / Completed” indicate?

The number of messages read or completed by recipients.

24. What does “Error” indicate?

The number of messages that failed to send due to invalid contacts, network issues, or other errors.
