The Manage Broadcasts section allows you to monitor, manage, and analyze all your broadcast campaigns in one place. You can check delivery performance, engagement levels, and completion rates for each broadcast.
You can manage all types of broadcasts sent through connected channels, such as messaging platforms or social media integrations.
It provides real-time insights like total messages sent, delivered, and read or completed, helping you evaluate campaign performance effectively.
The table displays the following columns:
Broadcast Name
Message Type
Total Messages

Read / Completed
Campaign Date
The Broadcast Name identifies each campaign. Clicking on it lets you view more details or perform actions like editing, copying, or deleting the broadcast.
It indicates the type of message used in the broadcast—text, image, video, or voice message.
The Campaign Date shows the date when the broadcast was created or scheduled, helping you track broadcast timelines.
Yes. A Search bar is available at the top of the page to quickly locate specific broadcasts by name or keyword.
Clicking Total Messages opens the All Messages Report page. It lists all contacts included in the broadcast, along with delivery details and statuses. You can use Search to find specific contacts and Export to download the data.
Clicking Delivered opens the Delivered Report page. It shows all messages that were successfully delivered, including contact names, delivery times, and statuses. Search and Export options are also available.
Clicking Read / Completed takes you to the Read Report page. It shows which recipients have read or completed the message, with their contact details and delivery information. You can search or export the data.
When you click on the Channel link, it opens the Manage Broadcast page specific to that channel. This page displays all broadcasts created and managed under that selected channel.

Yes. Each value (Total Messages, Sent, Delivered, Read, Error) is clickable and takes you to a detailed report page for that specific broadcast metric.
You can perform three main actions using the Actions button:
Edit Broadcast – Modify an existing broadcast.
Copy Broadcast – Duplicate the broadcast for reuse.
Delete Broadcast – Permanently remove the broadcast.
Click the Actions button beside the broadcast and choose Edit Broadcast. You’ll be redirected to the edit form where you can modify content or scheduling details.
Click Actions → Copy Broadcast to duplicate the campaign. You can then make changes before sending it again.
Click Actions → Delete Broadcast, then confirm the action to permanently remove the broadcast.
The Create Broadcast button lets you start a new campaign directly from the Manage Broadcasts or report pages.
The Export button allows you to download report data (contacts, statuses, delivery times) for offline review or reporting.
The Search bar helps you quickly locate specific broadcasts or contact-level data in reports like All Messages, Delivered, or Read.
It represents the total number of messages sent in that broadcast campaign.
“Delivered” indicates the total number of messages that successfully reached recipients.
It represents how many recipients have read or interacted with the broadcast message.
“Error” shows the number of messages that failed to send due to issues like invalid contacts or connectivity problems.
Yes. You can analyze delivery and read rates over different campaign dates to identify performance trends.
Yes. The Manage Broadcasts section displays all your campaigns from various channels in one unified dashboard.
Yes. Clicking on any value under Total Messages, Delivered, or Read / Completed opens detailed contact-level information.
Yes. Each report page includes an Export button that allows you to download the campaign data for offline analysis.
