2. What is the difference between a "Button" message and a "List" message in the Button Block?

 

A "Button" message presents up to three clickable options, while a "List" message can display up to ten options in a menu format, which is better for a longer list of choices.

 

3. How can I store a user's selection from a button or list using the Button Block?

 

You can save the user's selection by entering a name in the "Enter Variable Name" field. The chosen option will be stored in this variable for later use in your bot's flow.

The "Enter Row Title" is limited to 20 characters, and the "Enter Row Description" is limited to 72 characters. Text exceeding these limits will not be supported for WhatsApp.

This field allows you to categorize and organize the options within your list message, making it easier for the user to navigate.
