The Button Block is used to create interactive messages for users, allowing them to select an option from a predefined list. This includes both clickable buttons and a scrollable list menu.
A "Button" message presents up to three clickable options, while a "List" message can display up to ten options in a menu format, which is better for a longer list of choices.
You can save the user's selection by entering a name in the "Enter Variable Name" field. The chosen option will be stored in this variable for later use in your bot's flow.
First, select the "Button" option under "Choose Message Type." Then, you can customize the message with a header, body, footer, and define the button values.

The "Enter Row Title" is limited to 20 characters, and the "Enter Row Description" is limited to 72 characters. Text exceeding these limits will not be supported for WhatsApp.

You can find the button block by navigating to Dashboard → Quick Access. Then, under ChatMaxima Studio, click on Create Chatbot. The button block will be available in the response section of the builder.
