In the dashboard, click the collapse button on the sidebar, then select Settings. Under Settings, click Manage Push Notifications to access the section.

2. What is the purpose of Manage Push Notifications?

This section allows you to control inbox conversation notifications. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to push alerts when new conversations are created or existing conversations are updated.

Use the Send Push Notifications toggle button. Turn it Yes to receive push notifications or No to stop receiving them.
