The Manage Message Status section allows you to view, edit, activate, deactivate, and delete existing message statuses. It helps teams organize and track messages efficiently using predefined or custom statuses.
There are two sections:
Active Message Statuses – Displays all active statuses with details like name, color, status, and creation date.
Deactivated Message Statuses – Displays all deactivated statuses, which can be reactivated, edited, or deleted.
You can view all active message statuses, check their details, and use the Actions dropdown to edit the status. The search bar helps quickly locate a specific status, and the Add Message Status button allows creating new statuses.
Select a message status from the Active Message Statuses section, click the Actions button, and choose Edit Message Status. You will be redirected to the Update Message Status page where you can:
Modify the status name
Adjust color tags for quick identification
Set the status as active or inactive
Click Update Message Status to save your changes.
The Update Message Status page allows you to modify existing message statuses, customize them for specific teams, adjust color tags, and set them as active or inactive. After making changes, click Update Message Status to finish the update.
System Defined Message Status – Predefined statuses provided by the system for default message categorization.
User Defined Message Status – Custom statuses created by users to suit their team or workflow requirements.
Yes, the search bar in the Active Message Statuses section allows you to quickly locate any status by name or color.
You can view all deactivated message statuses and use the Actions dropdown to activate, edit, or delete them. The search bar helps you quickly find a specific status.
Select the status from the Deactivated Message Statuses section, click Actions → Activate Message Status, and it will move back to the Active Message Statuses section.
Click Actions → Edit Message Status on a deactivated status. You will be redirected to the Update Message Status page, where you can modify the name, color, and active/inactive setting. Click Update Message Status to save your changes.
Click Actions → Delete Message Status for the selected status. Once deleted, the status is permanently removed from the system.

The Add Message Status button allows you to create new message statuses directly from the Manage Message Status page without navigating to another section.
