The Manage Canned Responses section allows you to view, edit, activate, deactivate, and delete existing canned responses. It helps maintain an organized list of quick replies for efficient communication in your inbox.
There are two sections under Manage Canned Responses:
Active Canned Responses – Displays all active responses along with details like short code, content, creation date, and status.
Deactivated Canned Responses – Displays all responses that have been deactivated but can be reactivated, edited, or deleted.
You can view all active canned responses, check their details, and use the Actions dropdown to edit, deactivate, or delete them. A search bar is also available for locating specific responses quickly.
Select the desired response, click the Actions button, and choose Edit Canned Response. You can then update the content or details and save your changes.
Click Actions → Deactivate Canned Response next to the desired response. It will automatically move to the Deactivated Canned Responses section.
Click Actions → Delete Canned Response next to the response. Once deleted, it will be permanently removed from your system.
Yes, use the search bar at the top of the Active Canned Responses section to find a response quickly by short code or content.
This section lists all responses that are currently inactive. You can activate, edit, or delete them based on your requirements.
Click Actions → Activate Canned Response next to the response. It will move back to the Active Canned Responses section.
Yes. Click Actions → Edit Canned Response to open and modify the response details before activating it.
Select the response, click Actions → Delete Canned Response, and confirm to permanently remove it from your workspace.
Yes, the search bar in this section helps you quickly find any deactivated response by short code or content.
The Add Canned Response button at the top allows you to create new predefined replies directly from the Manage Canned Responses page.
