The first step is to sign up for a Twilio account, purchase an SMS-enabled phone number, and obtain your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console. These credentials are required to link your Twilio account to ChatMaxima.
You can find your Account SID and Auth Token on the main dashboard of your Twilio Console. For some integrations, you may also need a Messaging Service SID, which can be created and found in the Messaging section.
After connecting, all inbound and outbound SMS messages from your Twilio number will be routed to your ChatMaxima unified inbox. You can then manage and respond to these conversations directly from the platform.
New SMS messages will trigger real-time notifications on your ChatMaxima dashboard. If you use the mobile app, you will also receive push notifications to your device.
Yes. The integration supports MMS, allowing you to both send and receive media attachments like images, videos, and documents through your ChatMaxima unified inbox.
Yes, the integration is designed for two-way communication. You can send messages to your contacts, and their replies will be routed back to the unified inbox for seamless conversation.
