1. Does the live chat support multiple team members or just one person?

 Yes, the live chat supports multiple team members. Both the Admin and all added Team Members can access and manage the Live Chat.

2. How do I invite new team members to my Chatmaxima account?

From your dashboard, go to Dashboard → Sidebar Toggle → Settings → Member, then click Invite Member to send an invitation.

3. How do I remove team members from my ChatMaxima account?

To Remove (Deactivate) a Team Member: From your dashboard, go to Dashboard → Sidebar Toggle → Settings → Member, then click Manage Member, then use the Actions button to Deactivate a member.

4. How can I activate team members from my ChatMaxima account?

To add (Activate) a Team Member: From your dashboard, go to Dashboard → Sidebar Toggle → Settings → Member, then click Manage Member, then use the Actions button to activate a member.

5. How can I assign different roles or permissions to team members?

Yes, you can assign different roles or permissions to team members. This can be done at the time of inviting a new member by filling out the Member Role field.

6. How can I change different roles or permissions to team members?

 From your dashboard, go to Dashboard → Sidebar Toggle → Settings → Member. To change a member's role, click Manage Member and then select Edit Role. Then you can change the role for the member.

7. Can I use ChatMaxima Live Chat on multiple websites with one account?

Yes, you can! ChatMaxima Live Chat supports multiple websites under a single account. Use the same embed script for each website, and all chats from different sites will be managed from your single ChatMaxima shared inbox.

8. How can I reset or update my Live Chat chat widget settings later?

 Go to Dashboard → Quick Access → Web, click Actions → Edit Web Settings. Here you can update your Site Name, website link, and copy the script.

9. Can I connect tracking tools like Google Ads or Facebook Pixel?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Quick Access → Web, click Actions → Edit Widget Settings. In Additional Configurations, you can enter your Facebook Pixel ID, Google AdWords Conversion ID, and Affiliate ID.

10. How do I activate my Live Chat account after deactivating it?

Go to Dashboard → Quick Access → Web. Scroll to the Deactivated Web Accounts list, find the account you want to activate, and click Actions → Activate Account.

11. How do I manage subscription and billing details?

To manage your subscription and billing details, go to your Dashboard, click the Profile icon in the top right corner, and then select Billing. There you can manage subscription and billing details.

12. How do I update my account details (email, password, etc.)?

To change your password: You must use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset your password. It cannot be changed from within your dashboard settings. To change your email address: It is not possible to change your email address once the account has been created.
