Yes, it is possible to turn the bot on or off at any time. Dashboard → Quick Access → Channels → Facebook → Actions → Connect a bot You can disconnect the bot by going to your account. From there, click on Actions, and in the dropdown menu for Connect a bot, you can choose None to disconnect it.
3. Is there a way to manage Facebook's auto-replies or saved replies from within ChatMaxima?
Yes, you can manage Facebook's auto-replies by assigning a bot. The ChatMaxima bot will take over the conversation. It automatically replaces Facebook's native auto-replies. This allows you to handle all automated responses from within ChatMaxima.

Yes, you can disconnect a Facebook Page at any time. First, go to your Dashboard. From there, follow this path: Dashboard → Quick Access → Channels → Facebook Next, select your account and click Actions. In the dropdown menu, click deactivate account to disconnect it.
Your chat history is not deleted when you disconnect. It is stored on Facebook's servers and remains there. You can resume the integration at any time to access the history again.
