Yes, the Upload Documents process is simple and user-friendly, requiring no technical expertise to create or manage a knowledge source.
Go to Dashboard → Quick Access → Knowledge Source → Upload Documents, then click the Upload Now button to open the upload page.
You must complete the following mandatory fields before uploading:
Name: Enter your knowledge source name.
Select LLM Type: Choose the preferred LLM type.
Select Integration: Pick an integration from the dropdown.
Upload Your Document: Attach a file in PDF, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, or TXT format.
Once all details are filled in and the file is uploaded, click the Create button to add the content to your knowledge source.
Currently, you can upload one document at a time. However, you can repeat the process to add more documents under the same or different knowledge sources.
If your file is empty or in an unsupported format, ChatMaxima will display an error message. You must upload a supported file type to proceed.
