Navigate to Dashboard → Knowledge Source and click the "Add Q&A" button to open the section for creating custom Q&A pairs.
Any user with permissions to manage the knowledge source can add Q&A pairs in this section.
You need to fill in the following fields:
Name – Your knowledge source name
Select LLM Type – Choose the LLM type
Select Integration – Choose an integration
Enter Question – Type the user question
Enter Answer – Provide the response
Click the "Create" button. The Q&A pair will then be added to your knowledge source for ChatMaxima’s MaxIA to use.
Currently, Q&A pairs must be added one at a time. Each saved pair will enhance your chatbot’s knowledge gradually.
Use the "Select Integration" dropdown to choose the integration that corresponds to this Q&A pair.
Yes, once created, you can update or modify the Q&A pair in the knowledge source.
All added Q&A pairs can be viewed in the knowledge source management page under the relevant source.
