You can view and manage all your current knowledge sources, including Websites, Documents, and Q&A. You can also check their type, status, and creation date.
Click the “Add Knowledge Source” button to create a new source. You can choose between Website, Document, or Q&A type while setting it up.
Use the search bar at the top to find a knowledge source by its name quickly.
Select a knowledge source and click the “Actions” button. You’ll see two options — Edit Training Content and Delete Knowledge Source.
When you click Edit Training Content, you’ll be redirected to the Manage Articles section, where you can edit and update the content of that particular knowledge source.
If you click Delete Knowledge Source, it will be moved to the Deleted Knowledge Sources section. You can restore it anytime later.
Yes, each knowledge source shows its creation date along with its type and status in the list.
It stores all the knowledge sources that have been deleted from the active list. These sources are marked as inactive.
Yes, open the Deleted Knowledge Sources section, locate the one you want to restore, and use the Manage option to bring it back to Active status.
