Navigate to Managing Articles in ChatMaxima and click the "Get Started" button to begin creating your knowledgebase.
The "Manage Articles" page includes:
Published Articles: View and manage articles that are live.
Unpublished / Draft Articles: Access articles that are saved but not yet published.
Recovery / Delete Article: Manage deactivated articles.
Search Bar: Quickly find articles by title.
Click the "Add Article" button to create a new article. Fill in the necessary details and save it to your knowledgebase.
