The "Create a Knowledgebase" feature allows you to organize and manage articles across multiple categories. This curated content powers your AI chatbot for precise and accurate responses.

2. How can I access the "Create a Knowledgebase" page?

Navigate to Managing Articles in ChatMaxima and click the "Get Started" button to begin creating your knowledgebase.

3. What sections are available on the "Manage Articles" page?

The "Manage Articles" page includes:

  • Published Articles: View and manage articles that are live.

  • Unpublished / Draft Articles: Access articles that are saved but not yet published.

  • Recovery / Delete Article: Manage deactivated articles.

  • Search Bar: Quickly find articles by title.


Published Articles

4. How can I create a new article?

Click the "Add Article" button to create a new article. Fill in the necessary details and save it to your knowledgebase.

  • Deactivate Article: Move the article to the Recovery / Delete Article section.

  • Edit Article: Make changes to the article.

  • Deactivate Article: Move the article to the Recovery / Delete Article section.

Recovery / Delete Article

11. What is the Recovery / Delete Article section?

This section contains articles that have been deactivated. You can restore or permanently delete them as needed.

12. How can I restore a deactivated article?

In the Recovery / Delete Article section, select the article and click the Actions dropdown to choose Restore Article.

13. How can I permanently delete a deactivated article?

In the Recovery / Delete Article section, select the article and click the Actions dropdown to choose Delete Article. Note: Deleting an article is permanent and cannot be undone.
