 A video bot is a feature within the ChatMaxima bot builder that allows you to send videos as part of your chatbot's conversational replies. It is designed to enhance customer engagement by using dynamic, visual content like product demonstrations or tutorials.

2. How do I add a video to a chatbot's flow using a dedicated video block?

 You can add a video to your chatbot's conversational flow by using a dedicated video block in the chatbox section. This feature gives you two main options for sourcing the video.

3. What are the two ways I can add a video to the video block in the bot builder?

You have two primary options: File Link (you can simply paste the URL of a video hosted online into the designated field) or Upload Video (you can directly upload a video file from your computer).
