The Call to Action (CTA) block is used to guide users toward a specific action, such as visiting a website, making a purchase, or signing up for a service. It's a key tool for moving users from a conversation to a desired outcome.
It makes your bot more effective by providing a clear and clickable path for users to follow. Instead of just giving information, the bot can actively direct users to take the next step.
This field allows you to choose the format for the top of your CTA message. You can choose a simple "text" header or a more engaging "media" header.
This is where you write the clickable text for the button that directs users to the desired action. Examples include "Learn More," "Sign Up Now," or "Visit Website."
This is where you paste the web address that the user will be redirected to when they click the CTA button. It can be a link to a website, a landing page, or even another block in your bot flow.
First, select "Text" in the "Select Header Type" field. Then, enter your message in the "Enter Header Content" field. After that, you'll fill in the "Enter Body Content," "Enter Footer Content" (optional), "CTA Text," and "CTA URL" fields.
The Header is the main title or attention-grabbing text. The Body is a clear and engaging message that explains the action. The Footer is optional and can be used for small details like a disclaimer or additional context.
First, select "Media" in the "Select Header Type" field. This will open the "Interactive Message Media" field, where you can select an image or video file to use as the header. Then, you'll fill in the "Enter Body Content," "Enter Footer Content" (optional), "CTA Text," and "CTA URL" fields.
You can use visual content like images or videos to grab a user's attention and complement your CTA.
After you have filled in all the necessary fields, you must click submit to save the block and add it to your chatbot's flow.
The asterisk (*) indicates that the field is required. You must fill in all of these fields to ensure the CTA block functions correctly.
You can find the CTA block by navigating to Dashboard → Quick Access. Then, under ChatMaxima Studio, click on Create Chatbot. The CTA block will be available in the sequence section of the builder.
