The Manage Chatbots section in ChatMaxima serves as the central hub where you can view, edit, publish, deactivate, copy, or delete chatbots. It includes three main areas: Published Chatbots List, Manage Unpublished/Draft Chatbots, and Bot Deletion Confirmation Recovery.
You can find the Manage Chatbots section by navigating to Dashboard → Quick Access → ChatMaxima Studio → Manage Chatbots.

Yes, the Manage Chatbots section includes a search box that allows you to quickly locate a chatbot by entering its name or a related keyword.
The Published Chatbots List displays all chatbots that are active and published. It includes details such as bot Name, Platforms, Number of Users, Created Date, and Status.
To edit a bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Published Chatbots List → Action button → Edit Bot.
To deactivate a bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Published Chatbots List → Action button → Deactivate Bot. The bot will then move to the Bot Deletion Confirmation Recovery section.
To copy a bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Published Chatbots List → Action button → Copy Bot. This will create a duplicate of the chatbot with the same settings.
Yes, using the Action dropdown in the Published Chatbots List, you can make a bot public so that it can be accessed by others.
The Published Chatbots List displays the bot’s Name, Supported Platforms, Number of Users, Created Date, and Status.
This section stores chatbots that have been saved but not published. Draft bots remain here until you publish them.
If you save changes but do not publish, the chatbot is stored under Manage Chatbots → Manage Unpublished/Draft Chatbots.
To edit a draft bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Manage Unpublished/Draft Chatbots → Action button → Edit Bot.
To delete a draft bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Manage Unpublished/Draft Chatbots → Action button → Delete Bot.

This section stores chatbots that were previously deactivated. You can restore or reactivate them when needed.
To activate a bot, go to Manage Chatbots → Bot Deletion Confirmation Recovery → Action button → Activate Bot.
Yes, you can edit bots in the Bot Deletion Confirmation Recovery section before reactivating them.
When a chatbot is deactivated, it moves from Published Chatbots List to the Bot Deletion Confirmation Recovery section.
Currently, deactivated bots remain in this section unless they are reactivated.
Use the Copy Bot option in Manage Chatbots to create a duplicate chatbot that can be saved under a new name.
The Copy Bot option allows you to create an experimental version of a bot without affecting the original.
Every chatbot in the Manage Chatbots section displays its status: Published, Draft, or Deactivated.
To update, select a bot → Action button → Edit Bot → Save Changes. If you publish, it appears in Published; if only saved, it goes to Drafts.
