Edit Profile

1. Where can I access the Edit Profile page?

In the dashboard, click the collapse button on the sidebar, then select Manage Account → Edit Profile.

2. What is the purpose of the Edit Profile page?

The Edit Profile page allows you to update your personal and organizational details, including contact information, address, timezone, and profile image. This ensures your account information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. What personal information can I update?

You can update:

  • Name – Enter your full name.

  • Email – Update your email address.

  • Phone Number – Enter your contact number.

  • Profile Image – Upload a new image or remove the existing one.

4. How do I update or remove my profile image?

Use the Profile Image field to upload a new image. The Current Profile Image section displays your existing image. To remove it, simply select the remove option.

5. Can I change my timezone on this page?

Yes, select your current Timezone from the dropdown menu to ensure all notifications and timestamps are accurate.

You can update:

  • Organization Name – Enter your team or company name.
