A Smart List in ChatMaxima is a feature that allows you to organize multiple contacts into categorized lists for efficient management and communication.
You can access Smart Lists from the Dashboard → Quick Access → MaxCRM → Smart Lists.
Active Lists contain currently active contact lists you can use for communication, while Deactive Lists include lists that are temporarily disabled but can be reactivated anytime.
The Active Lists section displays details such as List Name, Number of Leads, Created Date, and available Actions.
In the Deactive Lists section, you can view List Name, Number of Leads, Created Date, and actions like Activate List.
Click the Add List button, provide a Title and Description, then click Submit to create a new list.
Enter a clear and descriptive name for your contact list to easily identify it later.
Add a short description or notes about the purpose or contents of the list.
Use the Search Box available in both Active and Deactive Lists to find a list by its name or keyword.
Yes, you can modify a list’s details or contacts at any time from the Active Lists section.
Select a list from Active Lists, click the Actions dropdown, and choose Deactivate List.
Select a list from Deactive Lists and click the Activate List button to make it active again.
When deactivated, the list moves from the Active Lists section to the Deactive Lists section but remains available for reactivation.
